Lettings Administrator – Duties:
- Applying for HMO and selective Licenses (compliance)
- Applying for property numbering and address registration
- Liaising with tenants about appointments
- Dealing with tenant complaints
- Instructing compliance certificates
- Answering phone calls and taking messages for maintenance related issues
- Instructing maintenance jobs when needed
- Chasing contractors for job completion
- Registration of bills for new tenants or void properties
- Assisting maintenance manager with day-day duties
- Logging and filing documents
Lettings Administrator – Experience needed
- Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator, Property Manager or Maintenance Assistant is essential.
- Previous experience dealing with administration.
