A very rare opportunity has arisen within an established lettings and property management company for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly office. My clients have extensive experience in lettings & property Management and are keen to add a candidate to their maintenance team.

Lettings Administrator – Duties:

  • Applying for HMO and selective Licenses (compliance)
  • Applying for property numbering and address registration
  • Liaising with tenants about appointments
  • Dealing with tenant complaints
  • Instructing compliance certificates
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages for maintenance related issues
  • Instructing maintenance jobs when needed
  • Chasing contractors for job completion
  • Registration of bills for new tenants or void properties
  • Assisting maintenance manager with day-day duties
  • Logging and filing documents

Lettings Administrator – Experience needed

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator, Property Manager or Maintenance Assistant is essential.
  • Previous experience dealing with administration.
