Service Advisor
Location: Yeovil
Salary: £25,000 Basic - £30,000 OTE
Driver Licence Required: Yes
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor for our client in Yeovil. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of performance, professionalism, and integrity to deliver outstanding customer service. The Role
This customer-focused role involves providing professional service to customers while their vehicles are in our workshops. You will:
- Track vehicle progress through the workshop.
- Liaise with colleagues in the workshop and parts department.
- Provide customers with additional work requirements and costs.
- Schedule and record work while maintaining an efficient and courteous manner.
- Offer exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing, and registering new cars.
About You
You will be a team player with experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the automotive or high-end industry, though this is not essential. You should have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
