We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to cover our Reception area for two weeks from Monday 25th November to Friday 29th November 8am-6pm with an hours break
As a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Letting staff into the building
- Managing the car park
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with couriers and DPD
- Keeping busy reception area tidy
- Dealing with any enquiries
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and be available on an immediate basis!
