What will you be doing?
- To maintain and generally assist with the portal system
- Monitor and respond to the admin inbox
- Requesting FH/lease extension quote from client and processing quote letter once received
- Respond to all queries, including Freehold Purchase quotes etc
- Ordering of fobs when requested by property management team
- Taking PDQ payments when accounts are busy or not here
- Set up of new sites
- Retrieving of documents from the land registry
- Set up tenants to email correspondence
- Updating of tenant records including mobile numbers, email addresses, alternate addresses
- Creation of payment plans
What will you bring?
- Previous experience within an office administration role
- Excellent customer service
- A desire to learn and gain knowledge of a new sector
- Working knowledge of windows
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisation
