A position has become available for a Solicitor or Paralegal to assist in our clients Personal Injury department in Chichester.
The successful applicant will have experience in assisting with the running of higher value multi-track cases through to trial.
This will include, but not be limited to:
- advising clients and taking instructions,
- CFA's and ATE insurance,
- analysing disclosures,
- preparation of witness statements,
- instructions to experts and counsel,
- assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents.
Salary is competative depeding on experieince + benefits
