HR Manager - Sleaford/Hybrid - up to £55k & great benefits

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager. The chosen candidate must be a committed team member, willing to communicate effectively, and use their management skills to lead the team. As HR Manager, you must have a positive working background of at least two years of people management, with a willingness to lead by example, ensuring the company has industry beating levels of engagement and team retention. The HR Manager will work extremely closely with the Managing Director, becoming a crucial member of the Senior Management Team.

The role of the HR Manager

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, engagement and all human resource functions within the company at its multiple locations
  • Lead and motivate the People Team
  • Oversee Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained across the company
  • Exemplify the companies' values
  • Lead the team providing the upmost high standard
  • Provide commitment to your role in the business, overseeing every aspect of the human resources activity within the company
  • Conduct annual appraisals for the team
  • Create a person-orientated team, that focuses on pro-active performance, conducting and noting one-to-ones with each team member bi-monthly

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager

  • Must have 2 or more years' experience at a senior HR level
  • Significant recruiting experience
  • Competent computer literacy, including the use of spreadsheets and word documents
  • A proven track record of improving team engagement levels
