- A QTS or equivalent
- Strong behaviour management skills

- Experience achieving great success for Key Stage Two pupils
- Creativity and innovation when it comes to planning and delivering Key Stage Two lessons
- The ability to take on feedback and reflect on your professional performance
- You will ideally have a proven track record of success leading pupils into their SATs year which can be evidenced through referencing
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage Two Curriculum
- A passion for education and training
- The ability to commute to a variety of schools across Retford
