Are you a Warehouse Team Leader with Despatch or Export experience?

With some form of leadership experience, you will oversee a small team of Despatch Operatives, whilst remaining hands on and leading from the front. The role requires you to use a forklift, manage holidays, improve efficiencies on site, liaise with internal teams and raise any issues should they arise.
Given the specialised nature of some products, packing operations can be complex and varied. Due to this, there is a need for someone who is able to think outside the box.
This position would suit a Warehouse or Despatch Team Leader, who has previously worked with exports and who has overseen a small team of Operatives.
DUTIES
- Oversee a team of Despatch Operatives, remaining hands on and leading from the front
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products are packed accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts to move pallets and tackle the challenge of packing non-standard products
PERSON
- Proven experience leading a small team in a warehouse environment.
- Hands on experience with Despatch / Export and Forklift
- A proactive and positive attitude with a desire to grow within the role.
