Our client, an award winning brand are looking for a Global Head of Learning & Development and Inclusion. Responsible for the continued design, delivery and management of all learning and development initiatives to support business strategy and organisational growth within the business.
This role will take a holistic approach to learning and development for all the teams across the business. Working closely with the People Director, in collaboration with People Business Partners and Executive Team, the role will lead the Learning Strategy for the year. This will encompass all areas of the business.
