Description
You will be working with real talented team of IT professionals supporting over 500 users internally with their IT related issues. There will be lots of training and development long term for the successful candidate. What you will bring to the role:
- Ensuring the highest level of service either via the Ticket System, Phone or Email to users with their IT related issues.
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365 and Apple IOS is essential.
- Diagnosing hardware and software issues to the best of your ability, otherwise escalate as and when required.
- Update end users with issues / resolutions in accordance with the company SLA.
- Active Directory, PowerShell, SharePoint, VMware, vSphere and Cisco Call Manager would be highly advantageous.
Please note this role is office based 5 days per week.
