Our client, a global manufacturing company and supplier for soft play and family entertainment centres, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be working in a small team on the phones, zoom and email to provide first class customer service and advise to customers.
As a Sales Co-ordinator your duties will be:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting customers with online sales.
- Processing and recording enquiries.
- Liaising with customers regarding their deliveries and onsite services.
- Dealing with queries and handling complaints in a professional manner.
- Assisting with sales strategies.
- Developing sales skills and techniques.
The successful Sales Co-ordinator will have the following skills:
- Experience within a similar role previously, ideally with B2B experience.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT literate/software proficiency (CRM systems & SimPro training provided).
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
Additional Information
- 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus 4 Grace and Favour days.
