Description
The main responsibilities of the Part-time Senior Finance Manager:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Collaborate with the executive team in strategic financial planning and budgeting
- Develop and implement robust financial management systems and processes
- Track the organisation's financial status and performance and prepare complex financial reports
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance
- Supervise and manage the finance team
- Engage with auditors for the annual audit process
- Support the wider team by providing financial guidance
Profile
A successful Part-time Senior Finance Manager should have:
- You will have an ACCA/CIMA/ACA/FCA Qualification
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A high level of proficiency in financial management software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing a team
