Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join their team as a Business Development Partner, which is a New Role for their Trust, to accelerate their development across the next 5-years. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding their presence across Yorkshire. You will work with leaders across their organisation to identify new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and develop strategies that support innovation.
Success in this role will be defined by achieving the following outcomes:
- Funding is secured and diversified as part of increased revenue growth that achieves target margins.
- Strong relationships and partnerships have been developed that position the Trust as a provider of choice in existing operating areas and a strong business development pipeline is established in target areas.
- A high success rate in proposal development and submission, resulting in a steady stream of new business opportunities and funding awards.
- Alignment between business development initiatives and organisational goals and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
- Innovation is embedded into our business development initiatives, and we are adopting principles of co-production and involvement at every opportunity
