Job Advert: Asset Manager
Role: I nterim Asset Manager - This post manages a team of 1 x Principal Analyst, 3 x Analysts and 1 x data officer.

Contract Length: 6 months
Driving Required: No
Working Pattern: Full Time
Daily Rate: £500 daily - Umbrella
This is a full-time position, and although there is no requirement for driving, you will be expected to work in the office for 2 days.
Responsibilities:
Aspects of the role
- To manage the stock condition survey that is already underway, ensuring the data is accurate and timely
- To use the newly collected data and analyse it, so that we can understand what it is telling us about our stock
- To use the existing data to compile multiple programmes of work
- To model the data in a number of different scenarios, looking at different levels of aggregation and different types of work.
- To challenge existing decent homes analysis and set up processes and systems to establish more robust analysis in this area.
- To lead from the client side, on the implementation of the new Assets module in NEC and the migration of data from Apex to NEC.
- To review reporting requirements and ensure these are met, either through NEC or via an alternative means.
