Our client, a well-established and dynamic organisation, is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Interim HR Business Partner to provide expert HR leadership and operational support. The Role As the Interim HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function, working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic direction while ensuring day-to-day operational support is delivered effectively. You will be leading a team, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, and championing best practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance and advice to senior management, supporting key business decisions.
- Oversee and lead the HR function, managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring high performance.
- Work closely with leadership teams to shape and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations matters, providing expert counsel on complex issues while ensuring legal compliance.
- Ensure the business remains up-to-date with UK employment laws, HR best practices, and emerging trends.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational change, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Coach and mentor HR team members to develop their capabilities and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a demonstrated track record of success in a similar strategic role.
- Experience in managing and leading HR teams, with a hands-on approach to people management.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders.
- Experience in driving change initiatives and advising on strategic HR projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
