Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding sales and customer service both in-store and over the phone.
  • Prepare customer quotations and manage orders efficiently.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders with precision.
  • Oversee goods in and out of the store.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Create engaging merchandising displays.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of products.
