Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant ( HLTA)
Key Stage: KS1 (Key Stage 1)
Location: Hemel Hempstead,Hertfordshire.

We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 class.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and possess the skills to assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, focusing on those who require additional help.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their learning and development.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.
- Supervise students during break times and school activities as required.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
