Role Overview:
In this role, you'll oversee a variety of audit and accountancy assignments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll work closely with the partners to plan staff allocation, manage teams, and keep the workflow on track from start to finish. Along the way, you'll get to meet with clients and their finance teams, collaborate with other departments, and lead meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page. You'll also play an important role in guiding trainees, building team spirit, and contributing to business growth.
