Administrator/Probate Department
Our client is a successful and well established business within their field and they are seeking a reliable and very good administrator to deal with the administration within their probate department.
The role does not require any legal experience and is not a progressive role for anyone looking to further their career within the legal field. The position requires someone with good attention to detail, the ability to work well within a busy and friendly team and perform duties such as data entry, scanning, filing and also liaising with clients when required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Our client is seeking someone who is looking for an admin role where the successful person will be keen to stay for the long term.
Main Duties
Taking calls to deal with clients' legal or administrative queries and customer service issues
Processing incoming mail
General office duties
Scanning/ Digital filing
The ideal candidate will have
Excellent client relationship skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel
Commercial mind set
Outgoing, team player personality
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm, 45 minutes lunch, full time and office based.
£24 - 27.000P.A. depending on experience level
