Floating Centre Manager Vacancy - Northampton Fast-Fit Centre
- Position: Floating Centre Manager
- Location: Northampton
- Basic Salary: £35,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £40,000
- Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Day off in week when working Saturday)
My client is looking for a new Floating Centre Manager to oversee their fast-fit centres in Northampton. They are a well known company who have seen great success so far this year.
As a Floating Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of multiple fast-fit centres. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will need to confidently oversee technical services while motivating and supporting the teams at each centre.
Key Responsibilities as a Centre Manager:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of fast-fit centres
- Manage, mentor, and support staff
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- Monitor stock levels and centre budgets
- Address technical issues and offer guidance where necessary
The Ideal Centre Manager Candidate:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the motor trade or fast-fit environment
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple locations and adapt to different teams
