We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional IFA Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our Paraplanners and Advisers. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop their skills within the financial services industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate client database.
- Set up new client files and ensure compliance with our documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Communicate effectively with clients and providers.
- Input information into cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare client files for adviser meetings.
- Submit applications and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain filing systems and office organisation.
- Answer telephone calls from new and existing clients and providers.
- Follow up with providers to obtain requested information.
- Perform general office duties and support the team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with client interaction via telephone and email.
- Proficient in IT, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills.
