International Payroll Manager
- Total ownership of multiple international payrolls (predominately European)
- Provide guidance and payroll related advice to team
- Insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures etc.
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Risk minimisation and document issues for later resolution
- Be the POC for payroll escalation - accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, streamlining and more

- Exposure and understanding of multiple payroll/HR platforms

- Information gathering of procedures, bottlenecks etc. to identify streamlining opportunities
