  • Operate in countries typically in Europe (Germany, Norway etc.)

Description

International Payroll Manager

  • Total ownership of multiple international payrolls (predominately European)
  • Provide guidance and payroll related advice to team
  • Insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures etc.
  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Risk minimisation and document issues for later resolution
  • Be the POC for payroll escalation - accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, streamlining and more

Profile

International Payroll Manager

  • International/Global payroll exposure
  • Strong team communication - interpersonal skills essential, collaboration with the global team
  • Ability to manage 3rd party providers - numerous locations
  • Exposure and understanding of multiple payroll/HR platforms
  • Multiple frequency exposure (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly etc.)
  • Personal management - high productivity
  • Information gathering of procedures, bottlenecks etc. to identify streamlining opportunities
  • Able to commute to Slough - Hybrid
