Office and Project Administrator (construction)

We are currently working with a successful construction business in Bromley who are looking for an organised and proactive Office and Project Administrator to support their Cladding and Facades division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience to join a friendly, supportive team in a varied role that combines office administration, project coordination, and team support.
**Key Responsibilities:
- General site administration duties
- Updating company CRM system
- Processing invoices and managing payments
- Monthly credit card reconciliations
- Creating and updating organisational charts
- Ordering stationery and maintaining stock levels
- Ordering uniforms for new starters and producing ID badges
- Printing, filing, and document control
- Collating weekly reports and updating project trackers
- Minute taking during meetings
- Providing refreshments for meetings
- Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required
**What We're Looking For:
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- A good standard of education
- Confident, well-presented, and approachable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, friendly, and self-motivated
- Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to change
- A positive team player with a can-do attitude
