Administrator (part time)

We are looking for a part time Administrator to join a well established family owned business based in Consett.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well established family run business with brilliant opportunities for development.

25.5 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain all system database records and processes within Avante database
  • To capture, create and maintain component digital images, and any subcomponent bill of material to support the retail web-based customer care systems
  • To co-ordinate customer requirements and associated documentation
  • To liaise with relevant departments regarding purchase price variances.
  • To generate and maintain of departmental Standard Operation Procedures

I am keen to speak with professionals who have prior experience in an administrative role and highly competent with various systems.
