What's the Role?
As a Lead Generation / Telemarketing Executive, you'll play a key role in connecting with business owners and senior decision-makers, arranging valuable meetings for them. This position allows you to showcase your talents and grow in a welcoming, high-volume, proactive calling environment.
What will I be doing?
- Make calls to potential clients, arranging important meetings.
- Manage and update prospect data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Verify and qualify leads to meet specific criteria.
- Support lead generation efforts with creative digital marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for business development and telemarketing campaigns.
- Utilise your organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Track and manage interactions using CRM systems.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in a phone-based customer service, sales or lead generation role is essential.
- Familiarity with the financial or professional services sector is a plus but not essential
- Strong IT skills, and if you've used a CRM before that's helpful but again not a deal breaker
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
