Commercial Plumber required for our client, a specialist Mechanical and Electrical service, maintenance and installation provider, who operate throughout the Hampshire, Surrey and South West London areas. They are currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a Commercial Plumber to cover a range of Commercial Sites.
Commercial Plumber Salary and Benefits
- £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Company van and fuel card, company phone
- 24 days annual leave (including BH)
- Overtime
- Working hours 8am - 5pm
The Commercial Plumber / Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with the service, maintenance, repairs and occasional minor installation of systems such as; hot and cold water systems, pipework, pumps, booster sets, water heaters, valves, thermostats, pressure testing, LTHW system etc. The Commercial Plumber would also be involved in providing quotes, for repairs and remedial works.
The Commercial Plumber / Maintenance Engineer will attend sites such as offices, care homes and warehouses etc. throughout the North Hampshire, Surrey and South West London areas.
Commercial Plumber Position Requirements
- Experience working in plant-rooms, carrying out repairs and remedial works on commercial plumbing systems
- Based within patch
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
