Our client based in Wolverhampton are seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. This role offers a superb opportunity for progression for the right individual who demonstrates an aptitude to learn and a keenness to develop a rewarding career.
Day to Day of the role:
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Exceeding all customer expectations and requirements throughout their service experience.
- Scheduling work on customer vehicles, providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, and ensuring customers are fully aware of the likely timescales and costs.
- Promoting sales of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible, seizing opportunities to sell additional products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, recognised as a self-motivated team player.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude and positive attitude towards learning and development.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
