Are you an Administrator/Receptionist with experience of working in a School or College?
We are working with both Primary and Secondary schools across Manchester who are looking for a School Receptionist to cover on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. These are full time roles however part time will also be considered.
Organisation
- Undertake reception duties as and when required, answering general telephone and face-to-face enquiries and monitoring the signing in system
- Assisting with and answering general enquiries
- Assist with organising school trips/events
Administration
- Manage manual and computerised record/information systems
- Provide general clerical/admin support e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, complete standard forms, respond to routine correspondence
- Analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required
- Undertake typing and word-processing and complex IT based tasks
- Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff
- Undertake administration of complex procedures
- Complete and submit complex forms, returns etc., including those to outside agencies e.g. DfE
- Take notes at meetings
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain and collate pupil reports
Are you the ideal Candidate?
You will be required to have previous, recent experience of working in a School in an Administrative capacity. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and great with people! Don't hesitate to apply if you feel your experience suits the description.
