Senior D365 CE Consultant

The role......they are in need of a Senior D365 CE Consultant that has a deep understanding of at least 3 modules (Customer Service, Omni Channel, Customer Insights Journeys, Customer Insights Data, Field Service or Project Operations)

What skills you need......

  • Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 (D365) across at least three areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Omni Channel, Customer Insights Journeys, Customer Insights Data, Field Service, or Project Operations (PSA).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver D365 solutions that meet specified requirements, adhere to budget and timelines, while ensuring high quality and leveraging out-of-the-box features.
  • Proficient in aligning business processes and requirements with D365's native capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions for additional functionality.
  • Expertise in setting up complex Power Automate flows, including handling errors and generating reports.
  • Conducting gap analysis to compare D365 capabilities with existing business processes and proposing workarounds or solutions to close those gaps.
  • - Carrying out quality assurance by testing, resolving defects, and documenting processes to ensure delivered solutions match documented requirements.

This role can be either fully remote in the UK or hybrid in their Manchester offices. The role is paying up to £75k for the right candidate.
