Job Opening: Facilities and FM Officer
Location: Milton Keynes Hours: 37 hours
Rate: £21.48 - £22.40 per hour
Contract length: until March 2025
Ready to manage major projects for a thriving estate? We're looking for a Facilities and FM Office to join our team temporarily until March 2025.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing projects for major works.
- Managing budgets.
- Handling planned and reactive maintenance.
- Supervising 14 sites and buildings.
- Leading site meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
