Key Account Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key business customers.
  • Manage communications and ensure customer requirements are clearly conveyed across departments.
  • Attend customer meetings (virtually or in person) to maintain strong relationships.
  • Respond to quotations, order enquiries, and forecast requests.
  • Process purchase orders efficiently and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Communicate lead times and manage expectations around stock availability.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage customer-specific labelling and ensure all requirements are met accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, patient, and diplomatic when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage X3 is a plus.
