Caretaker
Location - Kingston Upon Thames
Monday to Friday
Hours- full time- 35 hours per week
Salary £12-14ph depending on experience.
Temp (6 months approx.)
An established Leading facilities maintenance company are looking for a Handyperson/ Caretaker to work within their location in Kingston focusing on mould and condensation.
Main Responsibilities for the role include:
- Supporting the team with Minor PPM / Reactive tasks
- Ensuring H&S is always being adhered to
- Organisation of supplies/maintaining storage
- Fabric repairs such as painting walls/ covering imperfections.
- Checking for mould and condensation
- Moving furniture / building flatpacks when required
- Ensuring urgent jobs are responded to as quickly as possible.
- Litter picking
- Fire Alarm checking
- Making sure records and systems are updated with photo evidence.
You will be required to go through a DBS if successful in the application process
