I am working with a great organisation who are looking for a Finance Manager for their site based in Stoke-on-Trent.
Your new role
As a Finance Manager, you will provide key financial support and performance analysis for the site and will manage a small team. You will prepare, consolidate and review month end results and forecast reviews, working closely with central finance functions. You will provide all management and financial accounting, manage the invoicing process and ensure efficiency and accuracy of financial processes and controls. You will produce reporting against budgets and forecasts, flash reporting, cashflow forecasting, review balance sheet reconciliations and produce KPI reporting. You will also be responsible for preparation and variance analysis of budgets and corporate plan numbers and will provide business partnering support to various stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant with excellent planning and organisation skills, strong communications skills and a proactive approach.
What you'll get in return
Depending on experience, you will get a salary of £50,000- £58,000 + bonus + car allowance, pension, 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays, life assurance, hybrid working and flexible benefits.
