We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our brilliant school in Plymouth. The comprehensive school has brilliant facilities including a fitness suite and its own library complex, and prides itself on a strong record of academic success and its commitment to helping its students succeed. The school is also easily accessible by public transportation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general teacher cover during leaves of absence.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Teacher, Cover Supervisor, High level Teaching Assistant or an experienced Teaching Assistant will be considered. (experiences gained in the UK or abroad)
- A good level of education, with experience with classroom management (transferable skills to the nature of the role)
- A passion for teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate and engage students
