Accounts Supervisor / Finance Manager
- Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and lead our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supervise and manage the accounts team to ensure efficient financial operations within the company.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal guidelines.
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
- Report to the management with timely and accurate financial information.
- Assist the management in financial decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Supervisor, Finance Manager, or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Experience using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Professional qualification such as AAT Qualified / Part qual ACCA or CIMA / Qualified Accountant
- BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
