Each year, Tradewind collaborates with and assists the Secondary Schools in Hitchin in sourcing graduates who are seeking entry into the field of education. We provide them with their initial opportunity to gain experience in classroom settings, spanning various Secondary age groups from years 7-13, Key stages 3-5, throughout Hitchin. These positions are available in diverse primary schools, serving as an excellent stepping stone into the education and teaching domain. While prior experience is not obligatory, a strong academic background, a dynamic and confident demeanour, and a dedicated work ethic are indispensable!

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you can anticipate the following benefits:
