to join their Residential Plot Sales team in Bristol.
As a Solicitor or Legal Executive in the Residential Plot Sales team, you will be managing the conveyancing process for residential property developments. From handling plot sales transactions to providing legal advice to developers and buyers, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential plot sales transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient conveyancing services.
- Liaise with developers, buyers, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions and resolve any legal issues that may arise.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to residential property sales, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
