We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on sales permanent, interim and contract vacancies within the West Sussex area. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter or a driven individual looking to start a career in recruitment. The position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven sales environment and possesses a full driving licence and their own car.
Day to day of the role:
- Engage in targeted business development, including making outbound calls to potential clients and building long-term relationships.
- Attend meetings with business clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source suitable candidates for vacancies using various methods, including advertising, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Work towards targets and KPIs, and report on your performance and progress.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a 37.5-hour workweek with some hybrid working available after training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or a strong desire to start a career in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
