Dispatch Administrator - Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
A vibrant and growing organisation require a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and friendly team!
This full time, permanent role is available immediately and offered on a temp to perm basis.
We are seeking a positive team player with a hard working and hands-on approach. Previous experience is preferred.
- Processing invoices using our e-commerce platform including but not limited to Cin7 (Dear) and Big Commerce.
- Processing card payments through card machine terminals.
- Ensuring customer payment queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Inputting accurate commodity details for overseas shipments - updating the sheet accordingly to reflect any changes.
- Ensuring any issues encountered are flagged, recorded and dealt with immediately.
- Liaising with various departments within the company to resolve stock and shipping issues, via both Microsoft Teams and face to face communication.
- Creating dispatch shipping labels through courier firms such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS and DHL.
- Following all operational procedures and quality standards.
- Resolving customer complaints and delivery issues.
- Offering customers alternative items to replace unavailable products.
- During busy times, working in different sections to ensure goods are dispatched on time.
- Working proactively and efficiently at all times.
- Following the company's policies as directed.
- Any other duties as deemed reasonable.
The hours of work will be 9.30am- 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.

Salary: £22.4 - £23.4k per annum
