JOB TITLE: Control System Engineer
LOCATION: Town, Oxfordshire
SALARY: £45,000- £60,000

Zero Global is pleased to be partnering with a small company focused on developing ancillaries technology and electric vehicle powertrain. Joining their experienced team, you'll be expected to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong desire to be actively involved in projects and influence technical management.
THE CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
- This role is a hands-on systems and software development position.
- You will be responsible for technical design and development, delivering high-quality results with a high level of independence.
- The role encompasses all aspects of control system design, from initial requirements identification through to delivery, including software development, calibration, and deployment.
- Knowledge of various vehicle electronic systems components, such as vehicle architecture, wiring looms, sensors/actuators, and systems integration, will be beneficial.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- Experience with software such as Matlab, Simulink, C/C++, and PC applications (Visual Studio).
- Knowledge of model development, data generation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with Data logging and analysis.
- Exposure to vehicle Communication Systems: Experience with CAN and LIN systems, and tools such as PEAK, Vector CANalyzer/CANoe.
- Strong experience with Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and other common PC applications.
