Description
As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Gathering information on hours worked for each employee
- Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Processing and managing payroll reports
- Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Maintaining payroll operations in compliance with current laws and best practices
- Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance department and other teams as necessary
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- Experience working in Bureau
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator in the professional services industry
- Strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
