RG Consultancy are working with an excellent company who are based in Keighley and looking for an all-round Senior Accounts Assistant to do a varied, hands on role. You will report into the Financial Director and join a small but supportive environment.
Duties will include:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices for multiple companies
- Posting cash via cashbook and ledgers.
- Credit control
- Staff payroll, SSP/SMP/SPP, pensions and expenses
- Assist the FD with accruals and prepayments
- Assist with monthly management accounts
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with VAT returns
- Other adhoc duties as required.
