Randstad C&P are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established team to work on an exciting internal refurbishment project in Windsor. This role involves working on Grade II listed buildings, where attention to detail, respect for historical integrity, and precision in cost management are paramount. The role offers a clear progresional path and offers candidates the opportunity to join a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate cost planning and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and conservation specialists to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance with heritage regulations.
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities, tender documentation, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any financial issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, particularly on heritage or listed building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of conservation regulations and experience with listed building consent processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
