Sustainability Consultant - SAP experience

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Consultant to join a multidisciplined consultancy based in Guildford who have been at the forefront at providing highly technical services within the built environment for almost 20 years.
Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will be:
- Carry out SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
- Use IES-VE software to carry out Part O assessments and overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments
- Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
- Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
- An educational background within sustainability or the environmental sciences
- Relevant experience within a sustainability consultancy or SAP Assessor role
- An OCDEA accreditation would be beneficial, with SAP10 experience being essential
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and legislations
- Experience with Part O and SBEM software would be desirable
- Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance of Guildford
