We are looking for a Registered Manager to work across two properties in Newark and one in Mansfield, which will oversee the care of 4 children. The successful Registered Manager will lead a team of adults to support young people in a regulated environment.
Positive Independence currently has homes in Mansfield, Newark and Lincoln, and will expand into Grantham early 2025.
The successful Registered Manager will be responsible for children requiring residential care, ensuring the efficient and effective management of all of resources allocated to the homes and ensuring quality services are provided for 'Looked After Children' whilst working within the policies, procedures and guidelines.
