A fantastically diverse, forward thinking and employee oriented Global Law Firm are seeking a driven, commercial and strategically astute Operations Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis based out of their Birmingham or Manchester offices with travel across their other UK offices including London. This is a really rare and exciting opportunity for someone to join a firm who are employee focused and driven on inclusivity and diversity alongside employee wellbeing. The successful candidate will be a seasoned Operations Manager from within Professional Services and have solid people management experience and experience of system and process improvement. No two days within this role will be the same and it is a role not defined by a specific job specification.
Day to day you will be responsible for managing a team of Office Managers, ensuring all facilities management alongside ensuring that all UK offices service levels are adhered to. You will be a real strategic thinker and be constantly wanting to streamline and make processes more efficient by managing budgets, liaising with all marketing departments alongside leading on all new starter inductions and health and safety reporting.
The ideal candidate must have prior Operations Management experience within Professional Services, candidates without this won't be considered. You will ideally have worked for a global firm and have strong leadership and people management skills. You will be a committed, flexible and autonomous individual with first class communication skills.
This role is full time, permanent working 35 hours a week out of Manchester or Birmingham with travel required within this role.
