Aspire People are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant special school in North Manchester M8. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a caring and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
- Help students engage with the curriculum and manage their behaviour in line with school policies.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- A passion for supporting children with a range of needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
