Technical Support Engineer | 12 month FTC | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid | London
This role is based on-site 2-3 days a week in Central London
Role:
- Supporting the organisation's users and applications
- Configuring, installing and troubleshooting applications
- Providing AV support
- Incident management
- Providing training to the IT team
- Dealing with hardware moves and setups
- Occasional weekend work (One weekend every 5 weeks)
Candidate Requirements
- Consulting or legal background
- Supporting a user base of 50+
- Supporting MS Office and 365 products
- Supporting MS Cloud services
- Active Directory administration
- Experience with Cisco IP Telephony systems
- Understanding of LAN/WAN
