This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for diary management, coordinating travel, preparing board packs, and organising key meetings and events. You'll also play a hands-on role in corporate hospitality and cross-business support, working alongside a collaborative and friendly team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Executive Support
- Provide dedicated PA support to the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, calls, and site visits.
- Liaise with external partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare board documents and take accurate minutes for senior meetings.
Travel & Events
- Organise UK and international travel and accommodation for directors.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, strategy away days, and company webinars.
- Support the CEO with speaking engagements and external appointments.
Senior-Level Administration
- Manage purchase orders, expenses, and invoices.
- Organise gifts, charitable donations, and one-off director requests.
- Compile high-quality presentations and board materials.
Team & Office Support
- Collaborate with the Business Support team on reception cover, post, stationery, and meeting room setup.
- Help coordinate company-wide events, hospitality and day-to-day operational support.
- Act as a flexible support to other teams when needed.
About You:
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
