Account Manager to join a leading provider of innovative mobile money solutions, dedicated to enhancing payment processes on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a background in payment systems and be fluent in French. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth integration of our mobile money solutions, and providing ongoing support to our clients. The Account Manager will oversee transactions, handle settlement processes, and resolve any issues related to mobile money payments. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in closing deals and driving business growth.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and payment processes to offer tailored solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mobile money solutions into clients' payment systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients for optimal use of our solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to mobile money payments promptly.
  • Monitor and manage transactions across multiple countries.
  • Oversee the settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline transaction workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the client portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop proposals and present solutions to prospective clients.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
  • Proven experience in account management within the payment systems.
  • Strong understanding of mobile money solutions and payment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
